Vespa Scooter owners? Which color - yellow, silver, or pink?
I'm looking at the gorgeous LX 50 scooter. I just have a few questions...
1. I'm 15 years old, will turn 16 next March. When can I apply for a permit and get my license and whatnot? I don't understand the process at all. Permit, and then license? And then I can drive officially?
2. I'm looking at yellow, silver, and pink. Help?
3. What accessories must I get? A helmet, for sure. Should I invest in a case, a windshield, security, chrome kit...?
4. When there is traffic, am I allowed to drive past all of the cars to get to the front? Hehehe 
5. Why did you get your Vespa? And how might I convince my parents to get me one in the (somewhat) near future?

Realize you're probably not going to convince your parents to spend around $3000-$5000 on a scooter. If you need to get around, invest in a bicycle.
