clutch 00 gmc sonoma pickup exploded?
and damaged the transmission bell housing and the fly wheel. total price is about 1300.00 + tax and fluid. that's for an after market new clutch assembly, bell housing and a repaired fly wheel, (if it can be machined). is that price about right?
if it needs a new fly wheel, the price goes up considerably. does that sound about right? thank you. jim
4 cylinder, 2 wheel drive, bell housing is cracked. it's aluminum so it's shot. discarding the truck is not an option. 100 k miles and still has some value.
i'm not capable, nor do i have the tools or equipment to take on this repair. i do plugs and oil changes and thats about it.
Actually a very conservative and fair price.
