Suzuki Burgman
Suzuki Burgman

Could a newbie handle a suzuki burgman 650.?
Also could this be a replacement for a motorcycle.
Yes and Yes. It is a bit heavy at 550 pounds fueled, but very stable. Like all Scooters the automatic transmission makes it very easy to learn to ride. The 650cc engine makes it great for use on the highways and manageable in the city too. The larger size is great if you want to carry a passenger or are on the heavy side. At $7800 it seems like a great buy and the included storage areas always come in handy. I've heard some people replacing their motorcycle with a Scooter, you have all the goodness of a motorcycle minus some of the technical issues that make it hard for a newbie or an older person not looking to work a clutch and gear pedal.
