Honda Rebel gas issue?

I have an 06 Honda Rebel. Lately, it wont run unless it is completely choked. Also, the gas mileage is worse. I have put some Heet to clean up gas, that didnt work. Thanks!

Not a lotta info, but I'll give it a try.
Full choke will cut back on the air & richen the mixture. Which tells me you may have a fuel mixture problem. If you can locate the mixture screw on your carb turn it in till it seats then back out about 1 1/4 maybe 1 1/2 turns. should give an average setting. Also check clogged fuel filter (gas starved), & possible clogged jet in the carb. Spraying carb cleaner into the carb while running may help. If you say it does run w/ full choke then it doesn't sound like jets.

The heet is for water in the tank & I don't think that's the problem. It wouldn't start.
