Does anyone have the chords for Hymn of the Big Wheel?

I want to do an acoustic guitar version of the Massive Attack/Horace Andy song Hymn of the Big Wheel but google doesn't come up with any good results for a chord sheet. Do any of you good answers people know the chords and want to pass them on.

Eb4 = interval of a fourth starting on Eb: x66xxx (if you want a full chord, play Ebsus4)
Eb3 = interval of a third starting on Eb: x65xxx (if you want a full chord, play Eb major)
Eb1 = interval of an octave starting on Eb: x6x8xx (if you want a full chord, play Eb major)
Fm7no5add4: x8889x

Ignore the dashes. They're there to keep the chords from jumbling.
